Delivery may take longer during holidays, adverse weather conditions, or strikes.

International Shipping

International Order Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 3 days.
Orders will be delivered in 10–15 days.
Delivery time may vary depending on the country and/or processing time by our delivery partners.
Return pickups are not available for international orders.
Additional shipping charges apply based on the destination country.

New: Order placed, pending processing
Processing: Order is being prepared and packaged
Shipped: Order dispatched; tracking details provided
On Hold: Action required or under review; please contact us for clarification
Cancelled: Order cancelled by either the customer or us; contact us for details
Returned: Delivery failed after three attempts; contact us for re-shipping options (additional charges may apply)

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
Once dispatched, cancellations or modifications are not possible.
