● We will only be able to consider refunds or returns of damaged or defected products only.
● The product quantity must be more than 75% of the original packing size to be eligible for a return.
● Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the product. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

2. 2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us at admin@siyanshexim.com with details of the issue. Upon verification:

● We will arrange for a pickup and replace the product.
● Alternatively, you can receive store credits for a future purchase.

3. 3. Incorrect Product/Quantity Shipped

In case the wrong product or quantity is delivered:

● Notify us at admin@siyanshexim.com  immediately.

● We will replace the incorrect items with the correct products within 7 days.

4. 4. Product Replacement

If you wish to exchange a product for another variant:

● Submit your replacement request within 24 hours of receipt of the product. The product will be delivered in 5-7 business days.

5. 5. Refunds

● Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method.
● Refunds for other concerns will be issued after verification of the returned product.

When will I receive my refund?

● Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item or the online tracking confirms delivery to our address.
● In case of refund it will be credited to source account within 15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

To initiate a return or refund:
