Refund Policy

At Joya By Siyansh Exim, we strive to deliver the highest quality products and ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your order, our return and refund policies are here to assist you.

General

  • Refunds or returns will only be considered for damaged or defective products.
  • The product quantity must be at least 75% of the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be considered.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us at admin@siyanshexim.com with details of the issue. Upon verification:

  • We will arrange for pickup and replace the product.
  • Alternatively, you may receive store credit for a future purchase.

Incorrect Product or Quantity Shipped

If the wrong product or quantity is delivered:

  • Notify us immediately at admin@siyanshexim.com.
  • We will replace the incorrect items with the correct products within 7 days.

Product Replacement

  • Submit your replacement request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • The replacement product will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method.
  • Refunds for other issues will be issued after verification of the returned product.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item or once online tracking confirms delivery to our address.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

To initiate a return or refund:

  • Email us at admin@siyanshexim.com with details of the issue and your return request.
  • Provide necessary order details and supporting proof, if applicable.

Management Discretion

Refund amounts and eligibility will be determined solely by Joya By Siyansh Exim on a case-by-case basis.
